What can be recovered: |
|
- Unpaid wages and salaries including outstanding professional
fees
- Unpaid remuneration for services detailed on time sheets
or specifically related to in work contracts especially if
signed by both parties.
We have a very good sucess rate in debt recovery of unpaid wages,
salaries including unpaid commisions, especially with regard to
professiionl fees which remain outstanding. As a general rule,
if someone owes you money for work related services and are refusing
to pay-up you have a legitimate
claim you can enforce successfully at the court. |

 |
What you need |
|
Proof that the debt exists - A copy of your contract
of employment, previous wage slips and timesheets. Any correspondence
between you that shows a recognition of the amount you expect to
be paid for your time and the expenses you have met, It is also
helpful to have a reliable witness. If in doubt - ask us. |

 |
What we do |
|
Debt-Collection-uk have an established procedure
for contacting the employer, preparing final notice correspondence,
preparing Court documents as required and submitting to the Court.
Every endeavour is made to settle without recourse to a Court hearing
and this is successfully achieved in many of our cases. |
| |
|
 |
What it will cost you |
|
We will not be sending you a bill for debt collection
services. On recovery of your funds, or compensation, Debt-Collection-uk
will ask you to contribute 10% of the total recovered to their
costs (minimum £50.00) - less any administration charge.
Please do not forget that if proceedings are issued you will need
to pay the Court fees in advance and a small fee to Debt-Collection-uk
for the filing of the documents at the Court - these are recoverable
on a successful conclusion, including 8% of the total debt owed which
is added to your court claim. Please see Court
Fees & Costs for the scale of fees. |
