We will not be sending you a bill for debt collection services. On recovery of your funds, or compensation, Debt-Collection-uk will ask you to contribute 10% of the total recovered to their costs (minimum £50.00) - less any administration charge.

Please do not forget that if proceedings are issued you will need to pay the Court fees in advance and a small fee to Debt-Collection-uk for the filing of the documents at the Court - these are recoverable on a successful conclusion, including 8% of the total debt owed which is added to your court claim. Please see Court Fees & Costs for the scale of fees.
