Below are listed the Court Fees and DC uk's costs which must be paid when the N1 form is submitted to the Court:

All of the fees and costs below will be added to your claim and a schedule of allowable fixed costs is detailed at the bottom of this page.

£50.00 admin fee or 12% of the recovered sum is payable - whichever sum is the greater, but do remember 8% interest on your debt to be recovered at court and our admin fee are added to your debtor's costs.

Those in receipt of benefits may be entitled
to a reduction of court fees upon application
The court fees, 8% interest on the amount owed and our administrative charge of £50.00 is added to the debt payable by your debtor. You may wish to expediate matters by paying the relevant fees today outlined in our email response,.
 
 
Our fees are payable with the appropriate small claims court fee and are added to the claim but please be aware that even if the Court finds judgment in favor of the Claimant there is no guarantee that the award will be collected. The Defendant may be without funds or untraceable. In such cases the fees are lost!

Obtaining a judgment
  After the issuing of proceedings the Defendant has 21 days to reply. They have the following options:
  1. To ignore the claim
  2. To admit the claim in full
  3. To defend the claim in full
  4. To admit part of the claim
If no response is received by the court Judgment in Default can be applied for.

Bullet1 Enforcing judgments

Having obtained a judgment against the Defendant it is necessary to instruct the Court to collect the sum awarded. Such enforcement proceedings will involve a further fee - which is added to the claim. If bailiffs are appointed the fee is £25.00 for sums not more than £125.00 or £45.00 for sums above £125.00.

There are other ways of enforcing judgments such as Attachment of Earnings orders, Third Party Debt Orders orders and Charging orders - all of which require a Court fee of £50.00.

Should you decide to issue a Bankruptcy or Winding Up Petition the fee will be £150.00.

The above fees are added to your claim.

DC uk will prepare your Court documents, submit them to the Court, liaise with the Court and the Defendant and advise you as to how to prepare your document bundle in the event that you should need to attend Court.

Bullet1 DC uk's costs
Upon recovery of your funds or compensation there will be a fee equal to *12% of the value recovered from which any administration fee paid will be deducted.

*Please note that there is a minimum fee of £50.00.

We do reserve the right to charge £30.00 per hour in the event that your claim requires (at your behest and choosing) attention and consideration over and above that normally applicable in a similar claim.
