To the left are listed the Court Fees. Our admin fee of £50.00 is paid when the N1 form is submitted to the Court, and is additional.Note that the admin fee increases to £100 if your claim is valued at more than £3000.00. interest is applied at 8% from the date the debt became due to the date of judgment.
Our fees are payable with the appropriate court fee and they are added to the claim, but please be aware that even if the Court finds judgment in favor of the Claimant there is no guarantee that the award will be collected. The Defendant may be without funds or untraceable. In such cases the fees are lost!

Enforcing judgments
Having obtained a judgment against the Defendant
it is necessary to instruct the Court to collect the sum
awarded. Such
enforcement proceedings will involve a further fee - which
is added to the
claim. If bailiffs are appointed the fee is £25.00 for sums not more than
£125.00 or £45.00 for sums above £125.00.
There are
other ways of enforcing judgments such as
Attachment of Earnings orders, Third Party Debt Orders orders
and Charging
orders - all of which require a Court fee of £50.00.
Should you
decide to issue a Bankruptcy or Winding Up Petition the
fee will be £150.00.
